Recipe: taste of passion and sobrassada

As mentioned in previous posts, charcuisine is traditional innovation. This is how we at Can Company create meats that are both ready for long-term storage and for your enjoyment. However, you can innovate in many ways: not just by creating a news tyle of cold meat, but a new way of consuming it. Here is one of our pioneering and perhaps a little risky recipes. For daring palates only.

Ingredients:

  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 Can Company sobrassada

Method:

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half.
  2. Make small balls with the sobrasada and scatter them over the fruit.
  3. All that it left is to put it in your mouth and savour the taste of passion fruit and the bittersweetness of this combination of flavours.
