By Can Company&Xesc Reina Today’s recipe is a veritable challenge, like almost all our charcuisine recipes. For us, the challenge is to create them without overdoing it and for you, the challenge is to cook and enjoy their end result. If you haven’t already tried it, Can Company’s black fuet is an extra treat only produced by us.

Ingredients:

  • Can Company black fuet
  • Boiled octopus
  • Boiled or confit potatoes
  • Tap de Cortí sweet paprika
  • Oil

Method:

  1. Cut the fuet and boiled octopus into slices.
  2. Decorate the plate with fuet and octopus and add the potato.
  3. A splash of oil over everything, salt and a little Tap de Cortí on top, before digging in.
