This is what charcuisine is all about – had you ever imagined combining ensaimada with salad and figatella in the same bite? Better still, had you ever imagined how delicious the combination would taste?

Ingredients:

  • An ensaimada (local pastry)
  • Mixed salad
  • Can Company Figatella
  • Sauces to taste

Method:

  1. Open the ensaimada in the centre.
  2. Add the salad, dressed with either sauce or simply salt, oil and vinegar.
  3. Add pieces of figatella.
  4. Lastly, add a touch of Tap de Cortí sweet paprika, and enjoy.
