Better still, had you ever imagined how delicious the combination would taste?


  • An ensaimada (local pastry)
  • Mixed salad
  • Can Company Figatella
  • Sauces to taste


  1. Open the ensaimada in the centre.
  2. Add the salad, dressed with either sauce or simply salt, oil and vinegar.
  3. Add pieces of figatella.
  4. Lastly, add a touch of Tap de Cortí sweet paprika, and enjoy.
