Majorcan kebab with Figatella
That's what the charcuisine (we know so well) is all about. Or have you ever thought of mixing ensaimada, salad and figatella in one bite? Would you have even thought that it would be simply delicious?
- An ensaimada
- Mixed salad
- Figatella Can Company
- Sauces to taste
- Cut open the ensaimada.
- Dress the mixed salad to taste (with sauce or simply with salt, oil and vinegar) and put on the ensaimada.
- Add pieces of figatella.
- Finally, add a little sweet paprika Tap de Cortí on top and enjoy.
