3.- Description of the Service
Through the Service, Can Company allows the purchase of food products such as sausages. The language in which the contract between Can Company and the buyer will be perfected will be Spanish. The purchase process in the online store will be as follows:
- After making the selection of the desired product, it will be included in the shopping cart.
- Once the selection is complete, you will proceed to fill in the billing address, the delivery system and the payment method.

7.- Product delivery and availability
We deliver in the territories indicated in the purchase process, and according to the selected mode of delivery. In any case, the delivery date at your home may change depending on the availability of the chosen product, the warehouse of origin, the shipping area or specific circumstances of each order. It can also change due to extraordinary incidents in the carrier and difficulties in the delivery of the goods. In any case, remember that deliveries are made every day of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Moreover, deliveries are made during office hours. The prices of the products offered in Can Company are indicated in euros (€), being recorded on the price of the products the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force at the time of purchase. In any case, the operation could be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on your country of residence or the condition in which you act. Therefore, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered from the one shown. To the prices indicated for each product is added a fixed amount for shipping costs, indicated in each case during the purchase process. Shipments will be made in the Balearic Islands and Iberian Peninsula, except the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla.

11.- Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
11.1.- Right of withdrawal
Given the type of product sold in our online store, food that can deteriorate quickly or require refrigerated storage, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in accordance with Article 103, letter d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
If once received the product it arrives damaged or in poor condition, Can Company allows you to exchange it for a new one or request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, you must send us the defective product. Once the existence of the defect or the mistake in the shipment has been verified, we will proceed to the exchange or refund. You may cancel your order at any time and at no cost provided that you communicate it before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. If before the cancellation the amount of the ordered product has already been charged, the deadline for reimbursement will be up to 14 calendar days after Can Company has been informed of the decision to cancel the order.

The products offered in the Service, and the prices of these, will be available for purchase while they are in the catalog of products displayed through this website. In any case, Can Company reserves the right to make changes in the Service it deems appropriate, and may update products and services depending on the market. We will promptly correct all errors that appear, but they will not be binding on the Service.
As stated above, the entire buying and selling procedure, as well as the transmission of your personal data and payment systems, is carried out on a secure page and in encrypted form through the SSL protocol. We guarantee the security of the Service in accordance with the present technological knowledge. However, Can Company cannot guarantee the total future security of the Service. In any case, we undertake to remedy and implement appropriate corrective measures to correct a possible security breach as soon as possible.
