Mallorca has a long gastronomic tradition that is the result of the different cultures that have inhabited it. Many products are cultivated and produced that allow the preparation of the Mediterranean diet, so simple, so tasty.

Can Company is a privileged heir to a culture of bread, oil, wine and pork that has been traditionally enjoyed. Generations of family farmers and breeders have accumulated knowledge, tradition and experience. The native breeds and traditional products of the island together with the know-how of the Can Company team allow us to produce traditional products of high quality. The incorporation of new technologies and a strong commitment to innovation have made it possible to produce creative products that allow you to experience new emotions.

Can Company was born in 1960 in the heart of Mallorca as a result of the work of many generations of a Mallorcan farming family. One of them is the production and marketing of cereals and flour obtained from the farms they operate in Mallorca. In the interior of the island they have a factory that produces their own certified cereal seed and the flours and feeds to feed their own livestock. It is a specialist and the largest producer of native Mallorcan breed animals, in particular the black Mallorcan pig. It owns an artisan factory in Inca where various types of high quality sausages are made and the most select meats are prepared. Another area of activity is the production of fruit and vegetables, especially quality potatoes for export to the best and most demanding European markets.



Food is a basic need of society and an important part of our culture and tradition. The EU is working on designing a sustainable food system that provides safe food and reduces the impact on the environment. This is why it has launched a project called "from the farm to the table".

Can Company has internalized this sustainable strategy and is working to achieve an agri-food model in line with the aforementioned objectives.
