The flavours, nuances and soul of our sobrassadas are the essence of Ànima, the perfect condiment for any type of dish. A single drop is enough to flavour entire dishes. Shake the bottle, heat it in the microwave for a few seconds and use the dispensing pipette to calculate the amount of Ànima you need to breathe the soul of Mallorca into your desserts or meals.
