Sobrasada de Mallorca porc negre 100% semi-mature is a cured sausage made from fresh, finely minced black pork, mixed with salt, a touch of black pepper and Tap de Cortí paprika, which gives it its characteristic red colour and particular flavour aroma.
Pork bacon (antioxidants E-320, E-321), lean pork, Tap De Cortí paprika, salt, spices and natural pork casing.

SAUSAGE IN CASING
In a drying room at a temperature of 12-16 ºC. Controlled humidity between 75-85%. Curing between 4 - 6 months.
